The small (150 sqm land area) three-storied mosque has been designed to create a landmark for the area. It will serve not only as a religious space but also a social space for the community and the company. Internal space is fully column free and can hold up to 450 Musulli at a time. The brick screening will cast interesting shadow pattern all through the day and the internal illumination shall be visible through the translucent glass at night from roadside. The traditional arch has been transformed into a modern form to create the elevations. These openings, along with brick screening will enhance maximum light and ventilation throughout the mosque. The ablution area and toilet is placed in such a way that the bad smell shall not mix with the ablution or prayer space air supply. The design has been kept simple to minimize the construction cost.
